By Road From The South Using The M1

1. Exit using Junction 14
2. At the end of the sliproad, turn right on the A509 towards Newport Pagnell and Wellingborough
3. Continue on the A509 through Olney towards Wellingborough
4. Strixton is 1 mile on the left after the Bozeat roundabout, signposted “Strixton Village Only”
5. Go to the end of the lane in Strixton and turn right into the business centre

By Road From The North Using The M1

1. Exit using Junction 15
2. Follow the A45 around Northampton to Wellingborough
3. At the roundabout junction with the A509 (McDonalds & Ibis Hotel), take the 3rd exit to continue on the A45
4. In 0.5 miles, take the sliproad into Wellingborough
5. At the end of the sliproad take the 2nd exit signposted A509 Milton Keynes
6. Stay in the righthand lane past Tesco
7. At the roundabout turn right onto the A509 signposted Milton Keynes
8. Continue ahead past 2 more roundabouts
9. Strixton is 0.5 miles on the right after the Wollaston roundabout, signposted “Strixton Village Only”
10. Go to the end of the lane in Strixton and turn right into the business centre.

By Road - From the Northwest using A14

1. Exit at the A509 signposted Wellingborough
2. Continue on the A509 through Isham to Wellingborough
3. At the roundabout turn right onto the ring road signposted A509/(A45) Northampton
4. Continue ahead across three roundaboutsAt the fourth roundabout take the second exit to join the A45 East / Cambridge
5. In 0.5 miles, take the sliproad into Wellingborough
6. At the end of the sliproad take the 2nd exit signposted A509 Milton Keynes

5. At the end of the sliproad, turn right at the roundabout to pass under the A45
6. Take the second exit signposted A509 Milton Keynes
7. Stay in the righthand lane past Tesco
8. At the roundabout turn right onto the A509 signposted Milton Keynes
9. Continue ahead past 2 more roundabouts
10. Strixton is 0.5 miles on the right after the Wollaston roundabout, signposted “Strixton Village Only”
